Saratoga Race Course is the August place to be during the summer. You can enjoy the races, the vendors, the festivities, and of course the fashion! Everyone comes dressed to impress. The thing that you can count on is seeing the women with their stylish hats. I made sure that before I left the house I didn't forget to bring my straw colored wide brim hat that I bought yesterday from Macy's.
