Is This Baby North West?

Kim Kardashian posted a photo of herself on Facebook holding a newborn with the caption "Love these precious moments...". Of course the world has been anxiously waiting to see pictures of baby North West, but sorry folks this is just another joke. This is actually an old photo of Kourtney's son, Mason. Keep holding your breath and wait to see baby North West.
