Who Cares About The Dress Code
Last night CBS aired the 55th Annual Grammy Awards live from Los Angeles. Because of past Super Bowl nip slips and too much skin being shown they tried to implement a dress code. Which celebrity is really going to follow and adhere to the dress code and cover up? Kelly Rowland completely ignored it and looked stunning in her Georges Chakra Couture cutout dress.
