Miley Cyrus covers the October 2013 issue of Harper's Bazaar. This magazine was a nice replacement since she was removed from the cover of Vogue's December issue. The shoot was photographed by Terry Richardson, who was also the director for her music video "Wrecking Ball". Inside this issue she talks about her love for fashion.
